Problem statement: Phaver now enable users to reply their post into both lens and farcaster.

But since the user name/handles are different in lens and farcaster, the cross posting isn’t effective at times and loosing their relevance when we tag a user in the post. In some cases, its tags totally a wrong user.

Eg,

Phaver - @phaver

Lens - @phaver.lens

Farcaster - @phaverapp

Pls refer to the screenshot of same post showing how they look in Phaver, Hey and Farcaster

Solution: Phaver to remap the usernames / accordingly whenever a user is tagged in a cross post. (Provided the user has set up their accounts in Phaver)
