improve the “report-block” function

Add the ability to block a user after reporting on them (for example on next screen or on same "report" screen), instead of going back to the feed and block from there tapping same three-dot button.
Since there are a lot of lens-bots out there now, it takes a lot of time to jump around the screens.

I will try to answer as clearly as possible point by point:
- Since there is an abundance of possible lens-bots now (I was told about it by someone apparently from the team in the faver), so that in the future I do not get their posts in the feed, I block them every time I report. Lately, most of my time in the app has been spent on this.
- This scenario is also possible when I want to exclude unwanted or unacceptable content from my feed. Despite the fact that I'm quite liberal and open-minded, even I sometimes come across posts that I find unacceptable.
3- I'm not sure about multiple blocking. I think it would be quite difficult to implement in terms of interface and ease of use. Maybe it will be useful to someone, but I don't see the usefulness of it for me yet.
